During the evening, you\u2019ll discover the hidden corners of our <strong>colonial <em>casona<\/em>, specially designed <\/strong>for this unique dining experience: our welcoming gallery, the restored bar, the traditional outdoor smokehouse (weather permitting), and finally, the heart of the home: the kitchen-dining room. Here, you\u2019ll take your seat at the Chef&#8217;s Table while Oscar works his magic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You Need To Know:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>BY <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/elchilegordo.com\/?page_id=162\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Taster Menus\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">RESERVATION<\/mark><\/a><\/em><\/strong> ONLY<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>A Single Chef&#8217;s Table:<\/strong> We feature <strong>only ONE TABLE<\/strong> in the restaurant. This is the Chef&#8217;s Table, integrated directly into the  kitchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Intimate Groups:<\/strong> We welcome two or three small groups (maximum 5 people total) <strong>who share the Chef&#8217;s table<\/strong>. Alternatively, for a group of <strong>4 to 6 people, you will have the restaurant exclusively <\/strong>for yourselves. We cannot accommodate groups larger than 6 people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Timing:<\/strong> The experience begins promptly at <strong>7:00 PM<\/strong> and lasts approximately <strong>2 to 3 hours.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>The Menu:<\/strong> At the center of this unique culinary experience is our <strong>set tasting<\/strong> <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/elchilegordo.com\/?page_id=258\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Taster Menus\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">MENU<\/mark><\/a><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; We do not offer an <em>\u00e0 la carte<\/em> service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Young <strong>Children<\/strong> (Under 8)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We love welcoming families into our home; however, we want the experience to be exceptional for everyone.
