How to Reserve:
Before reserving, it’s worth reading about the El Chile Gordo DINING EXPERIENCE to see if it’s for you.
Also please note that during the quieter months of May to October, we are only open for select dates. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Or send us a written message by WhatsApp on (+52) 999 16 997 14 with the following information:
- your name
- preferred date(s)
- number of guests
- where you’re staying (incase we need to contact you and the phones aren’t working!)
- any allergies or dietary requirements (please note it is not possible to accommodate, nut, seed, corn and chilli allergies, and we can not accept individuals who have a fatal allergy to ingredients on the menu.)
We will respond to you within 24 hours to advise if your preferred date is available, and to secure your space, we ask for a 50% deposit that can be paid by card, PayPal, bank transfer or OXXO deposit.
Please note that your space is not guaranteed until we advise that your deposit has been received.
Should your space already have been taken by others, we will return 100% of your deposit minus any bank/PayPal charges and commissions etc.
Punctual Arrival
Please be punctual as delays detrimentally affect the other diners. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation and your deposit will be retained.
Cancellation Policy
As we have very limited space, cancellations are disastrous for us. As such, we have adopted the following cancellation policy.
- With 7+ days notice, we will refund 100% of your deposit minus any bank charges.
- Within 7 days of the reservation, we may retain your deposit, circumstance dependent.
- Within 48 hours of the reservation, we will not refund deposits.
